For purchasing offices: get an instant quote and the buyer's packet.
Most districts buy with a purchase order: when you're ready, request a quote from Settings, Plan and billing. A trial never turns into a paid plan on its own.
In every plan
- Every model: long-range plan, FY outlook, budget vs actual, contract settlements, trends
- Ask the analyst, with slide decks, spreadsheets and documents it builds for you
- All nine public data sources, kept current
- Your own datasets and watched web pages
- Banner or Workday file guides and queries
- Passkeys, two-step sign-in and data kept apart for every customer
How AI credits work
A typical question to the analyst uses 5 to 30 credits. A board slide deck uses about 25. A busy finance office asking a few hundred questions a year stays well inside its allowance.
When you've used 80% of the year's credits, your district's owners are notified. At 100% the analyst pauses until you add more or the year renews. Dashboards, models and reports keep working. You're never billed for usage you didn't buy.
More credits: $250 for 10,000, added the same day.
Getting started
No setup fee. No consultants. Your business office exports the reports it already runs and uploads them. Astra FP&A checks them, loads them, and the AI does the rest.
Founding districts: 40% off the first year for our first five districts, in exchange for feedback and a reference. Ask about founding-district pricing.
Cooperatives and service agencies: pricing for an educational service agency, BOCES or cooperative buying for several districts at once. Ask about cooperative pricing.
Direct connections to district finance systems are on the roadmap.
